My Review:

Between the adorable cover and the title including the word bookshop, I knew I had to pick this up and I am SO glad I did. Go ahead and add this to your festive Christmas TBR and you can thank me in December. As I was reading this, I realized it is part of a series set in Tanglewood Village, featuring several of the shops mentioned. I bet you can guess what I just loaded on my kindle? Yes! The rest of the series. 

This was such a fun and cozy romantic read that also featured great humor as well. I adored the characters and the will they, won’t they of Kazz and her romantic interest. I adored the descriptions of the village and the bookshop – I wish I could visit and spend time reading in the shop’s cozy chairs. If you like the found family theme in your closed door romances, then you’ll love following along as Kazz reinvents herself and her life. This would be a perfect read for in front of your Christmas tree. 

About the Author:

Lilac Mills lives on a Welsh hillside with her very patient husband and incredibly sweet dog, where she grows veggies (if the slugs don’t get them), bakes (badly) and loves making things out of glitter and glue (a mess, usually).

She’s been an avid reader ever since she got her hands on a copy of Noddy Goes to Toytown when she was five, and she once tried to read everything in her local library starting with A and working her way through the alphabet.

She loves long hot summer days in the garden, and cold winter ones snuggled in front of the fire, but whatever the weather she’s usually writing, or thinking about writing, with heartwarming romance and happy-ever-afters always on her mind.
