My Review:

Pick of the Litter  is the prologue book to the entire series and at just 100 pages, can easily be read in one lovely sitting. Here we meet Emily who is caring for the puppies and finding homes for them. I had a limited time and was so bummed that I couldn’t just read books two through nine immediately following! I was immediately drawn into the story and left eager to read more. This is a lovely escape!

In the following books, readers will meet a different litter mate and their human companion, handling a variety of life’s situations. All the books are on the shorter side and any romance is closed door.

About Me

Welcome! I started my career as a children’s librarian, later becoming a public library director and now I’m a stay at home mom. While my career might have changed, my love of reading has been a constant since I was in 4th grade, and I read over 200 books a year. I love talking about books and connecting readers of all ages with just the right book. Thanks for reading!
