Happy St. Patrick’s Day! Here’s a list of five books with green covers that I have read and enjoyed. It’s a mixture of all kinds of books.
The Curious Case of the Poisoned Professor by Lucy Connelly
A new job can be killer in this series debut mystery set in Dillynaidd, Wales. I grabbed this delightful new cozy mystery on audio and it was so much fun. Wonderful setting, smart sleuth and interesting side characters.
Love at First Book (Summer Reading #2) by Jenn McKinlay
“When a librarian moves to a quaint Irish village where her favorite novelist lives, the last thing she expects is to fall for the author’s prickly son… until their story becomes one for the books.” Do I need to say anymore? Book lovers, librarians, romance readers, you will love this cozy romance that has just a few spicy scenes. I listened to this and loved it. It’s book two in the Summer Reading series, but can be read as a standalone. Book one is great too (Summer Reading).
The Unselected Journals of Emma M. Lion: Vol. 1 by Beth Brower
Switched from print to audio and was immediately into the story. Just as fun as all the buzz says!
A Place to Hang the Moon by Kate Albus
I loved every moment of this WWII middle grade novel from the found family, to the small village to the librarian. Perfection. I hugged it.
Something Whiskered (Cat in the Stacks #17) by Miranda James
I will never ever get tired of the delightfully cozy mystery series. I love Charlie and Helen and Diesel with my whole heart and I was so happy to travel overseas with them. It was a spooky setting with a shocking death – I was turning the pages quickly, but then making myself slow down so I could enjoy all the cozy details.
