Top Ten Tuesday (On a Wednesday)  February 27: Covers/Titles with Things Found in Nature

This week’s Top Ten Tuesday (on a Wednesday) is submitted by Jessica @ a GREAT read and features covers/titles with things like trees, flowers, animals, forests, bodies of water, etc. on/in them.

To compile this list, I looked at more recent reads and it’s clear I was more wintry lately as several feature snow. I’d love to visit the setting of Catherine Bruns mystery in the spring and Diane Kelly’s mystery in the fall. Reading Killer Jam made me want to own a cow and live in a small town, while Dying to Go made me want to travel to the desert but maybe not in the summer!

Northwoods by Amy Pease

The White Lady by Jacqueline Winspear

The Diamond Eye by Kate Quinn

The Frozen River by Ariel Lawhon

Dead and Gondola by Ann Claire

Killer Jam by Karen MacInerney

Syrup to No Good by Catherine Bruns

I Heard a Fly Buzz When I Died by Amanda Flower

A Trip With Trouble by Diane Kelly

Dying to Go by Marcy Blesy

Top Ten Tuesday was created by The Broke and the Bookish in June of 2010 and was moved to That Artsy Reader Girl in January of 2018. It was born of a love of lists, a love of books, and a desire to bring bookish friends together.

About Me

Welcome! I started my career as a children’s librarian, later becoming a public library director and now I’m a stay at home mom. While my career might have changed, my love of reading has been a constant since I was in 4th grade, and I read over 200 books a year. I love talking about books and connecting readers of all ages with just the right book. Thanks for reading!
