Top Ten Tuesday February 6: Top Ten Quick Reads/Books to Read When Time is Short

Welcome to the Top Ten Tuesday post. Top Ten Tuesday is hosted at That Artsy Reader Girl. This week’s topic is Top Ten Quick Reads/Books to Read When Time is Short. (Submitted by Jennifer @ FunkNFiction.com and Angela @ Reading Frenzy)

This one was tricky for me! Here are a few short books that I’ve read and enjoyed. I am looking forward to reading lists from other posts so I can add to my TBR.

Monk and Robot #1 A Psalm for the Wild-Built by Becky Chambers 160 pages

Savior’s Book Café Story in Another World #1 The Savior’s Book Café Story in Another World, Vol. 1 by Kyouka Izumi, Oumiya, Reiko Sakurada (Illustrator) 160 pages

Camper & Criminals Series by Tonya Kappes, usually around 180 pages

Tea Shop Cozy Mysteries by Katherine Hayton, usually just over 100 pages

Love & Saffron by Kim Fay 208 pages

84, Charing Cross Road by Helene Hanff 106 pages

Top Ten Tuesday was created by The Broke and the Bookish in June of 2010 and was moved to That Artsy Reader Girl in January of 2018. It was born of a love of lists, a love of books, and a desire to bring bookish friends together.

About Me

Welcome! I started my career as a children’s librarian, later becoming a public library director and now I’m a stay at home mom. While my career might have changed, my love of reading has been a constant since I was in 4th grade, and I read over 200 books a year. I love talking about books and connecting readers of all ages with just the right book. Thanks for reading!
