What I’m Reading & Listening to Now:

Reading: Enormous Wings by Laurie Frankel (ARC thanks to Henry Holt and Co. and Netgalley)

Listening: Beth Is Dead by Katie Bernet

Week in Review: 

The week started out stressful with predicted tornadoes and then warnings and watches. They even dismissed school early, but not before we had to shelter at school. Thankfully the tornadoes missed us, but it was nerve wracking. The rest of the week was busy with the usual after school activities. Friday we celebrated my son’s birthday and Saturday night he had friends over for pizza. 

Something I’m Looking Forward To:

14.5 days until summer vacation! There’s a choir concert this week as well as a broadway showcase at my daughter’s school this week. The part is in for our dishwasher is in and supposedly, fingers crossed, will be repaired Thursday. I also preordered an audio copy of The Calamity Club by Kathryn Stockett and I’m looking forward to listening as soon as it is available!
